Berwick-upon-Tweed Museum and Art Gallery is one of 3 museums and exhibitions in Berwick Barracks. The museum was given collections of fine and decorative art by Sir William Burrell in the 1940s. There is also an extensive collection of local material. The displays are innovative and intriguing and appeal to a wide range of visitors. There is also a regular programme of temporary exhibitions.

Nearest station is Berwick-upon-Tweed. Turn right and head down Castlegate, through gateway in town walls. Turn left at 1st mini-roundabout and walk along Walkergate.Turn right at end. After 50 yards turn left onto Parade. The barracks are on the right.
